The production line adopt parallel twin screw system, static mixer and heat-exchanger system, which enhance the uniformity of raw materials mixing and bubble structure. As a result, the product can reach low density and low cost.
Feininger applies Automatic Feeding, ensuring raw materials are fed in precise proportion; Feininger uses Central Dust Collecting System, avoiding dusty production site; Feininger takes automatic down-stream lines, reaching automation of Edge Milling, Length Cutting, Transverse Conveying, Stacking and Packing.
